At Avon Podiatry, we believe that total patient care should be caring, personal, and up-to-date. We strive to follow this philosophy from the time you first make contact with the office, and through to your release. We will treat you like part of our "family."
We start this process by being as timely with appointments as possible. If, an emergency arises causing us to run late, we will make all attempts to contact you. We believe that your time is as valuable as ours.
As we go through the stages of diagnosis, treatment, and recovery, you will be an active participant. We make sure you understand what we are talking about and doing. We take the time necessary to explain to you, in terms you can understand, what the problem involves. We make certain you know what can be done about it, how much time the care will take, and any other particulars about YOUR podiatric problem. This process also includes insurance issues as they relate to coverage and pre-certification, including all the confusing changes in the insurance industry. We endeavor to stay current on the insurance topics by reading insurance newsletters, questioning new and confusing policies, and attending seminars. We take the insurance issues as seriously as we do changes and advances in podiatric medicine.
